1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the abb999 website at https://abb999.pro and all associated mobile-optimised pages, services, and features.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to abb999 and its operating team.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the abb999 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on abb999.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within your abb999 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit amount credited to your Account under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Real Funds" means deposits made by you via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, Visa, or Mastercard.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with abb999, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are accessing the Platform voluntarily, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. You agree that your use of abb999 is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for professional gambling activity on behalf of a third party.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number registered in Bangladesh;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law;
• Not already hold an active or previously suspended abb999 Account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. abb999 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure. 3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player may register and maintain only one Account on the abb999 Platform. If we detect duplicate Accounts linked by device, IP address, payment method, or personal details, all associated Accounts may be suspended immediately. Any Real Funds held in duplicate Accounts will be returned to the original payment source after identity verification; Bonus Funds will be forfeited in their entirety.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements. abb999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or passport — before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your Account or to a verified bank account in your name.

4.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering displays on abb999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). abb999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or mobile financial service provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by abb999 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable Wagering Requirements, minimum qualifying deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, minimum bet odds for sports bonuses, and expiry periods. Where no specific promotion terms are published, the following general conditions apply:

• Standard Wagering Requirement: 30× the Bonus Funds amount;
• Bonus expiry: 30 calendar days from the date of credit;

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on abb999 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, esports, and boxing — are subject to abb999's published sport-specific rules. abb999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, abb999's decision is final.

6.2 Casino & Slots

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent identity verification stage;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward abb999 staff or other players via any support channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the abb999 Platform — including but not limited to the abb999 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of abb999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any abb999 content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

abb999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmissions between your device and the abb999 Platform are protected by SSL encryption. abb999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abb999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes; losses caused by Platform unavailability or technical failure; or losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to secure your credentials.

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

12. Account Closure & Termination

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting abb999 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance in your Wallet will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all identity verification requirements are satisfied. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.

abb999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirement. In such cases, abb999 will notify the player via their registered email or mobile number and will return any confirmed Real Funds balance after investigation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and abb999, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. abb999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.
